Shipping policy

We currently ship across India. International shipping will be introduced as we scale sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Processing time
Every order is quality-checked and packed with care before it leaves us. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, in addition to delivery time below.

Delivery time
We deliver to all pincodes across India within 5–7 business days of processing.

Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of dispatch, not order date, and may extend during sale periods, high-demand launches, or due to circumstances outside our control (weather, courier delays, regional restrictions).

Shipping charges
Shipping is complimentary on all orders, always.

Payment
We currently offer Partial COD: an advance of 10% of your order value is paid online at checkout to confirm your order, with the remaining 90% payable on delivery. Full Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with a tracking link by email, SMS, and WhatsApp so you're always updated, however you check.

Address & order accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and size before checkout. Once an order is placed, we're unable to modify the delivery address or item after dispatch. If you notice an error within a few hours of ordering, reach out immediately and we'll try our best to help before the order ships.
